BiblioLifestyle Weekly Newsletter Archive
Since hitting send on January 10th, 2020, I’ve never missed a Friday since my first issue — whether rain or shine, public holidays, Christmas, or even a hurricane.
About the BiblioLifestyle Weekly Newsletter
I’ve been writing and sending newsletters about books and reading since 2016, but they were infrequent and mostly focused on the books I was discussing for book club. But I decided to make it official and put a ring on it in late December 2019, and I sent my first issue on January 10th, 2020.
The newsletter has evolved over the years, and I feel certain it will change again in the future. The one thing that has remained consistent is my hitting send every Friday. I’ve never missed a Friday since my first issue—whether rain or shine, public holidays, Christmas, or even a hurricane.
What was in each newsletter?
Each week, I share a weekly edit that focuses on one topic or theme. Topics and themes can be people (usually authors,) places (cities or countries,) seasonal, or celebratory, to give you an idea. At the center are book recommendations and deep dives. Also included are recipes I’ve tried and now recommend, a literary calendar to keep you in the loop, and a roundup of content I’m creating elsewhere.
Where is the BiblioLifestyle Friday newsletter today?
I’m still writing the newsletter and I still send it via a traditional email service provider. If you’re interested, you can click here to subscribe.
Because this wasn’t a Substack newsletter where you could visit the website or check an app to see what you’ve missed, I decided to create an archive for those readers who are interested in seeing past issues.
